The Shaw Prize is an international award established in 2002 to pay tribute to those who have made distinguished contributions to modern civilization. Each prize carries a monetary award of US$1.2 million.
The Shaw Prize 2022 marks the 19th year of the award and the Shaw Laureates will be announced at the virtual press conference on Tuesday, 24 May 2022 in Hong Kong.
